The High Court case is still currently 'stayed'. To update the insurance for Wye Invader in 2012, she needed a dry dock inspection so the plan to have her as a commercial operation based in Hereford ended with her return to Sharpness in 2012/13 and documented here on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nailxdPq40c
