The projected Business Plan, cash flow and profit and loss accounts were completed professionally by Young and Co. who were my accountants at the time. Every new venture needs to have a good business plan and viable cash flow forecast, the Wye Invader was no exception. You can see from the forecast figures that the Wye Invader as a restaurant and drinking/party venue would have been an excellent business proposition, not to mention a wonderful tourist attraction for Hereford and the River Wye
